10 points!!!! i think i may have concussion?

well i was pissed at myself so i hit my self on the forehead three time hard not super hard just a bit hard it didnt really hurt but hour later i had a headache i went to sleep but i forced myself too so it wasnt like i felt the need to sleep. IM NOT sleepy dizzy tired or nauses but my head hurt for awhile and my forehead and eyebrows feels kinda stiff. MY neck feels stiff and i have a bit of pain in my shoulders. yes iam stupid for hiitng myself what should i do its midnight where im at should i wait till morning to go to doctor and btw i have anxiety probs too so idk!
