Help i dont understand her?

ok lets call my ex N.. soo in 8th grade we went out but had to break up becuase her brother didn't want her dating.. soo i ended up mad of it and acted childish.. we didn't talk, contact, or see each our whole freshman year but on monday i found an old phonebook and there was a number that didn't have a name soo i texted it and it was N.. we started talking and i said i was sorry for being immature and stupid.. then we texted 5pm to 2am about just everything.. but when i asked if she was single she said currently no... but i dont believe her.. she kept the bracelet i made her.. she seemed pretty happy when we were texting... also she got really scared when i told her i got a concussion a few monthes ago... i dont what i should do to get her back??
