I have had a headache on my left side for 5 days now on my left side only.Any ideas what it might be?

I have had a headache on my left side for 5 days now and nothing is wrong with my right side. I can't lay down without getting massive pains in my head. The same also happens when I start to walk or move my neck. With the headache I've obtained a sinus infection, ear infection, sore jaw, tooth ache, and pink eye. Even though I have the sinus infection when I try to do a sinus rinse nothing comes out. Also, the majority of the pain is on my left templeI am desperate to know why I have this headache and why it has lasted so long. BTW its not a concussion. Thanks.
