Is sorcery forbidden in the bible?

Sorcery, witchcraft, astrology, the occult, et al, are all forbidden by God. This for the simple reason that all are Satanic in origin. When you participate in those activities you are, knowingly or not, worshiping Satan. Why do you think that the characters and locales in the Harry Potter movies are all gothic, dark, and spooky? Our Lord said that He is the Light of the World. Being His opposite, Satan therefore is the Prince of Darkness.
