Some times my eyes get locked/stuck in place and i cant move my body?

sometimes my eyes get stuck or locked in place i cant move my body what so ever i cant talk or anything it only lasts for a few seconds to a min or two at a time nd it only happens a couple of times a day its been happening every since i can remember and im starting to get rlly concerned because its happened a few times while driving luckly i have some one wit me that could keep my car on the road.. im just afraid of hurting some one or myself and i wanna know if any one might know what is going on or have anything like that happen to them.. ive been in quite a few car accidents but never had anything serious wrong jus a concussion or two nd some cuts nd bruises nd im not on any medication and i dont drink and i dont do drugs but i do smoke cigarettes if any one has any idea please help thanks so much
