What to look for if I have a concussion?

I was playing baseball and a popup with a baseball went between 80-100 feet in the air, when it came down it hit me square on the top of my head. I have an abrassion like small scrape. Not a cut. I never felt dizzy, blurred vision of sick to my stomach. But the ball drilled me pretty good.
