Being victimized by cps I need help!?

2 months ago, (without a huge fight or anything) my husband snapped and slapped me when I was holding our daughter, my husband has no priors or so much as a ticket on his record, he is retired military. I am not being investigated he is. he left the home of his own free will nd has been gone for 2 months, we went above and beyond to help our family before cps got involved, now they are taking credit for the classes we set up and are lying about things left and right and are targeting my husband's ptsd even though he works with the VA to take care of it. They say he doesn't do anything to keep it under control. Even though he has been out of the home for months they took us to court for no reason at all I have a recording of this. Now they are telling me I have to let them in my home for a visit but I am afraid they will make more lies. They have been to my home and have seen I keep a very clean nice home. Again if I am not being investigated I don't understand this. the judge said the kids stay with me and to follow the ISP. I feel like cps is lieing in every way they can just to try and get my kids. I don't know what to do and I don't know if I can trust the court appointed attorney, Please help.
