Do I have a concussion?

I was kneed in the front of the head then had the back of my head bashed against the wall and it started to bleed a little bit, then I had got a slight headache. I felt fine untill the middle of the night and I woke to feel dizzy with the room was spinning. I then went to school the next day and feeling really lousy, upon getting home I became dizzy and bashed, again, the front of my head causing it to bleed. Now I feel very lousy and woke up dizzy. I have had a persistant headache since the first blow, do I have a concussion?
