What are the requirements to work as a Disney character in Disney World?

Hi so I'm moving to Destin, FL this summer and I think it would be really fun to be a Disney character. Do you actually have to live in Orlando? I'm white with a little bit of natural tan and I have brown hair and blue eyes so I was thinking someone like Airel, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Jesse (from Toy Story), etc etc etc. I would prefer to be a face character but I can be a big head character. Oh and I'm very skinny and fit. How old do you have to be? I'm still in high school so yeah haha. I've been in plays and I do gymnastics and cheerleading so I have some dance moves. So I don't know if there are any retired characters or whatever but if there are please help! Haha thanks! :)
