24 weeks and 4 days pregnant have BAD headache?

I have been taking 1,000 mg of Extra Strength Tylenol, there is nothing else I can take. My headache is really bad, but my blood pressure is fine, I have a cuff to measure it at home. Laying down and eating do not help. It is making me want to vomit. I never get bad headaches like this, except when I was in my teens and had a concussion. Any suggestions? This is my second pregnancy.
