What could be wrong with my head?

well it could be migraines, but i had head aches on the right side of my head and they throbbed and hurt so bad i couldn't move i thought i could have been a tumor in my brain, but idk they stopped after a whil, and the being moody part well it could be after shock or you could be bipoler. even though you were in a wreck in january it could still have an effect on your emotions it was just delayed, like when my grandma died 6 yrs ago i was fine up until the middle of last year that was when it really hit me. sometimes it just takes some time before something actually hits you (not the physical hit!) so that may be the reason why you have been moody, but i advise you to start taking some migraine head ache pills, if that dont work then go to the doctor, and if you have a fiance then you must be old enough to go to the doctor by yourself, and if your parents have a problem with it just go with out telling them and when they do finally find out just tell them its your health and you dont want to die because they wouldnt take you to the doctor, i hope your head aches get better! good luck!
